classes/lib: Fix getcmdstatus breakage
I mistakenly thought subprocess had getcmdstatus in python 2. It doesn't so lets add a wrapper and have this work in both worlds. Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
