buildstats: tolerate absence of /proc/diskstats
In OpenVZ containers (and probably lx containers as well),
the diskstats entry is not even present. Use the "NoLogicalDrive"
introduced by Elizabeth Flanagan in such case.
This allows the bitbaking to occure within such containers.
