linux-yocto/3.8: add USB screen configuration and net sched options
Bumping the meta branch SRCREV for the followiong commits: meta: enable additional NET_SCHED options This change turns on NET_ACT_MIRRED (packet redirecting and mirroring) and NET_CLS_U32 (universal 32bit comparisons w/ hashing classification).
