<title>libproxy: remove dependency on gconf when x11 not in DISTRO_FEATURES</title>

This allows libzypp to successfully build when x11 is not in
DISTRO_FEATURES (avoiding the libzypp -&gt; libproxy -&gt; gconf -&gt; gtk+
dependency chain which without X results in gtk+ failing at
do_configure).

Fixes [YOCTO #2320].

g++ really does not like the missing prototypes
here we were missing close() and read() so include
unistd.h to get them

Nothing in the source refers to libX11 or libXmu so there would appear to be
no good reason for them to be in DEPENDS. It looks as though these are perhaps
a relic from an earlier version which did need those libraries.
