libtirpc: upgrade to 0.2.4

obsolete_automake_macros.patch removed,
no longer needed.
Disabled GSS APIs, as those APIs are
not present in our distro.
Patches directory is now generic,
as patches are not created for a specific version.

recipes: Remove PR = r0 from all recipes

Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done
with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i

We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and
this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to
remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway).

libtirpc: Fix build on uclibc

patch. So lets refresh it and make it compile for
uclibc again

uclibc does not provide these functions so dont expect them

/usr/lib/libtirpc.so: undefined reference to `key_encryptsession_pk'
/usr/lib/libtirpc.so: undefined reference to `getnetname'
/usr/lib/libtirpc.so: undefined reference to `cbc_crypt'
/usr/lib/libtirpc.so: undefined reference to `ecb_crypt'
/usr/lib/libtirpc.so: undefined reference to `getpublickey'
/usr/lib/libtirpc.so: undefined reference to `key_gendes'

SRC_URI, S: use BPN instead of PN for multilib case

in multilibcase, PN has multilib prefix, so it is not
correct to use PN in SRC_URI and S. instead,  we've
dedicately pruned multilib prefix in BPN, so BPN is
the right alternative for PN.

Drop PRIORITY variable

As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted
would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides.

This patch executes:

find . -regex ".*\.\(bb\|inc\)$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d'

against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for
the command.
