unfs-server: Remove unfs-server recipe and patches

The unfs-server only supports NFS v2 and it is not useful any longer
with the advent of 64 bit inodes and the fact that the server has only
a 32 bit key for the NFS hash which is hardcoded back to the inode.

This recipe is replaced with a user mode NFS server using v3.

Replace one-line DESCRIPTION with SUMMARY

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no
SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY
since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY
is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the
new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the
recipe / package where possible.

recipes-devtools: replace virtclass-native(sdk) with class-native(sdk)

The overrides virtclass-native and virtclass-nativesdk are deprecated,
which should be replaced by class-native and class-nativesdk.

nativesdk: Switch to using nativesdk as a prefix, not a suffix

As discussed on the mailing lists, using a suffix to package names is
hard and has lead to many recipes having to do PKGSUFFIX games. Its
looking extremely hard to scale nativesdk much further without hacking
many recipes.

By comparison, using a prefix like multilib does works much better and
doesn't involve "hacking" as many recipes. This change converts nativesdk
to use a prefix using the existing multilib infrastructure.

Using "1" with getVar is bad coding style and "True" is preferred.
This patch is a sed over the meta directory of the form:

Allow user mode NFS server to run without rpcbind / portmap

and nfsroot mount without the need to talk to an RPC info
server as long as the port numbers for mountd and nfsd
are known in advance.

This patch updates the qemu startup scripts and the
user mode NFS server to have the ability to start
without the need to use rpcbind or portmap services.
