Without a native dependency on libxml-parser-perl-native,
shared-mime-info-native can fail its do_configure task.

checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is
required for intltool

Testing: Successfully built shared-mime-info and shared-mime-info-native for
qemuppc.
