Internal prelink test cases reloc8 and reloc9 are failing on both ARM
and PPC systems.  Disable them by removing the prelink from the
IMAGE_CLASSES setting.

It should be possible to override EXTRA_IMAGE_FEATURES in auto.conf,
which is read before local.conf.

prelink is having issues with IFUNC symbols such as tha for fork() in
libpthread. Disable prelink for now until we can get to the bottom of
the issue.

Exmap was a useful tool but it appears to be unsupported.
Remove it from the sample local.conf and remove the
commented lines from the profile tools packagegroup.

Ubuntu 15.10 and Debian testing can't build qemu-native against the host libsdl.
Now that libsdl-native is buildable, comment out the ASSUME_PROVIDED which meant
it wouldn't be used.
