Description: MNTPROC_MNT and MNTPROC_UMNT are no longer defined by the
 kernel. Hack around this by restoring the old definitions.
Upstream: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.nfs/28059 suggests a better
 fix is in progress.
