Subject: squid: update 3.1.7 to 3.1.8

 * fixes SQUID-2010:3 DoS (http://www.squid-cache.org/Advisories/SQUID-2010_3.txt)
 * hardenes DNS client
 * fixes other bugs
 * considered as safe upgrade
