* we have a little patch that has support for espeak
* the autoconf macros AC_LANG_PUSH/POP is used with c++, but it is not
checked if c++ is available
* tweak configure_fix.patch to support this
* bug 4391 was reported by ant and is fixed now
* bump PR

- Fix RPROVIDES so it doesn't pull in a ton of -dev packages
- Update EXTRA_OECONF to exclude modules we do not need and enable espeak
- Update configs to set espeak module as default and fix logfile destination
- Install initscript (this could use some work...)
- Tested to work on fic-gta01
