site infrastructure changes: Allow more than one file per target so common files can be created. Add a new class to handle this. Based on the work of Jamie Lenehan, with changes from me. This commit creates a common x86 file and the arm configs are merged but much work still remains.

i686-linux was already ok, but i{3,4,5}86-linux were missing the appropriate
entries. Note that ipsec-tools does not currently build with gcc 4.x.

  bootimg.bbclass - This creates a bootable image using syslinux, your kernel and an optional initrd
  kernel.bbclass - drivers/crypto and include/acpi are needed by some
  pkgconfig.bbclass - searching for .pc files
  syslinux.bbclass - This creates a configuration file suitable for use with syslinux.
