mythtv: fixed packaging, included .inc file

changed packaging, now there is only one lib package.
This is similar to what debian has.
also inlined the .inc file and removed most of it
(at it contained lots of stuff that was not needed)

do_stage() {
        autotools_stage_all
}
including all kind of variants w.r.t whitespace
