    Use require for the BitBake files within packages. In contrast
    to the conf files the authors of these files expected these files
    to be included.

x11: change virtual/x11 to virtual/libx11

x11: switch to virtual/x11 so that diet or full x11 can be selected

- emacs and synergy need full x11, hence libx11 instead of virtual/x11
- any other packages which depend on a full x11 will need the same change

 - remove settings out of xfce.bbclass that affect only one package
   (bbclasses are destined to express similarities in packages, not for easy hacking)
 - remove 4.2.0 versions, since 4.2.2 versions build fine
 - unmark libxfce4util as BROKEN
 - install libxfce* header files into STAGING_INCDIR/, no need to extragroup
   them by STAGING_INCDIR/xfce4/
