- files/hostap_cs.conf-upstream is taken from hostap-modules 0.4.5 source
- each machine which use in-kernel version of hostap modules should have
  "hostap-conf" in BOOTSTRAP_EXTRA_RDEPENDS
- hostap-modules_*.bb PROVIDE hostap-conf
- hostap-modules-cs RPROVIDE hostap-conf

hostap, linuz-oz-2.6: Change hostap-utils/hostap-daemon to depend on virtual/kernel-hostap which can either be provided by external modules or the kernel itself depending on the machine configuration.
