- bluez-libs, bluez-utils, and bluez-hcidump are pretty tied, so I think it makes sense to put them into the same directory
- update bluez-libs to 2.20
- update bluez-hcidump to 1.25
- enable default-manfid patch

hardware enough time to complete initialization (tested on Sharp C7x0)

- update bluez-utils to 2.17
- fix base.patch against /etc/pcmcia/bluetooth to actually do something
