    Make sure we can regenerate the values for binutils which
    koen just added to OpenEmbedded.

Use aclocal -I m4 to generate the aclocal.m4. Somehow autoreconf refuses to do this

    Document how to generate the configure script, document how to add a new
    package and do that for the builtin functions

    Start with the builtin.m4 which will generate test results for the
    default/builtin autoconf functions.
    The same pattern needs to be applied to every file...
