Old delay was too short and would always use reset line

	add #define to handle when eeprom isn't defined in board code
	remove duplicate logging when card isn't inserted

	remove dc- prepend from daughter card attributes
	set up driver, spi device, and functions for ADC chip
	added functions to handle store/show for gpio lines
	removed some unnecessary logging
